What is the Friends and Heroes DVD Club?

The Friends and Heroes DVD Club is an opportunity to collect all the Friends and Heroes DVDs and become eligible for member-only offers. DVDs are sent to you regularly on a monthly schedule, and we charge each one to your credit card immediately before shipping. Our payment/shipping schedule will normally occur during the middle of the month. There are no shipping charges and there's no minimum purchase or fixed-term commitment either. Please note that all DVD Club Memberships must be paid by valid credit or debit card.

You cannot pay for Club Membership using PayPal - we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

I have some Friends and Heroes DVDs already - can I still join?

Yes, you can begin your membership at any DVD you choose. There's an opportunity to select your starting DVD during the sign-up process.

How many DVDs are there?

There are 18 DVDs in all. All three Friends and Heroes Series have six DVDs each.

How many DVDs must I buy?

You only need to buy as many as you want! We'd love you to collect them all but you can stop at any time - just let us know. There is NO minimum requirement for Friends and Heroes DVD Club members.

How and when will I pay for the DVDs?

Friends and Heroes Club members pay for their DVDs by credit or debit card payment automatically charged each month.

How often will the DVDs arrive?

Your Friends and Heroes DVDs are shipped at an approximate rate of one per month (around the 15th). You can join at any time and the first DVD you select will be sent to you or your gift recipient immediately and future DVDs will be sent on our monthly schedule. This means that your second DVD will arrive within four weeks of your join date. Future DVDs will arrive regularly thereafter!

Can I get all the DVDs at once?

Not as a club member but at our normal online store price of $14.99 each - the special price applies only to those joining the club.

Can I give a gift membership to someone else?

Yes, you can give a membership to someone in the US and Canada. Just sign up for a Gift Membership and we'll do the rest! We'll even send a card announcing your gift.

Can I show the DVDs to groups?

In order to show Friends and Heroes DVDs to groups outside your family (often called public display) you will need a license - even if you don't charge anything to those attending! A license is not needed if you show the DVDs at home.

What is the difference between Personal and Organizational Presenter Memberships?

An Personal Presenter Membership permits the person named to display Friends and Heroes DVDs at a showing which they present. As an example, it is ideal for a teacher who travels to several schools during the course of a week. It cannot be used by any other person or organization when the named person is not presenting the program.

An Organizational Presenter Membership permits a named organization to display Friends and Heroes DVDs at showings on the organization's premises. As an example it is ideal for a school using Friends and Heroes in several classes at one time or by several different teachers at different times, but it can't be used in other schools.

The actual licenses are identical - the type is determined by the person or organization name on the license.

How will you use my personal data?
